After a successful career in online marketing and website operations for iconic American brands (L.L.Bean and Timex), Kevin learned that attentiveness, organization and integrity are the key traits to success in business, real estate and life. In real estate, Attentiveness means truly listening to the Client to both understand and define their objectives, and then diligently and determinedly communicating status and delivering results. Organization means thoroughly planning and executing on behalf of the Client to ensure that no property detail or document is missed, ensuring that all angles and outcomes of a transaction are both actively and proactively managed. Integrity means following up and following through on your word with unparalleled timeliness, honestly and professionalism, no matter how simple or complex the task may be. With these traits as his cornerstone, Kevin works tirelessly to build, achieve and exceed his Buyer and Seller Clients’ expectations, and utilizes his vast resources in technologies and teammates to make home buying and selling a simple and seamless experience. Personally, Kevin is a lifelong native and enthusiast of Northwest Connecticut, having grown up in Litchfield, and now residing in West Cornwall in his “Shangri-La” home directly overlooking the Housatonic River and West Cornwall’s iconic Covered Bridge.
